Plans and Pricing

Every Realie plan includes one monthly token allowance shared across the Platform and API. Adding a payment method enables API access and allows usage beyond the included amount. If you have questions or need help choosing a plan, our support team is here to assist.

What is a token?

A token is one successful API call. Hit a public endpoint. Get a 200. Spend 1 token. No 200, no token. Empty results return 404 and are not billed. 401 and 403 are not billed. Metering runs only after success. It is not a parcel. It is not your Bearer auth key. It is not a pagination cursor. Plans meter tokens. Some search endpoints return a result page of parcels. limit sets the page size (default 10, max 100 on those endpoints). One 200 still costs 1 token whether the page has 1 parcel or 100. Endpoints that return a result page (limit max 100): GET /api/public/property/search, property/location, and property/owner (v3 also caps offset + limit ≤ 200 on owner). Single-property lookups (address, parcelId) return one record. Premium: comparables maxResults max 50; premium owner limit max 25. Still 1 token per 200.

Note: Plans renew monthly. A downgrade keeps your current plan active through the end of the billing period, then moves your account to Free. Unused tokens do not roll over.
